Private Classes

Private classes give you the opportunity to work with one of our teachers in a very small group or on one-to-one basis. We teach either at your home or office or at our place. In each session the focus is on an individual needs such as:

  • Toning, Strengthening and Energising;
  • Taking your existing yoga practice further;
  • Recovery from an injury;
  • Pregnancy;
  • Post-natal recovery;
  • Starting to do yoga as a beginner.

 

Where do we teach:

Private sessions are held either at our place in Kentish Town, NW5 2DR or at the client's home/office.

 

When are the lessons held:

We try our best to accommodate client's preferences regarding the time of the lesson.

 

What is the cost of the lesson:

 

  • £60 for a 60-min class or £70 for a 75-min class  - taught in Kentish Town;
  • £75 for a 60-min class or £85 for a 75-min class  - taught at client's home/office.

 

What if I need to cancel:

Sessions are booked in advance and there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Anything else I should know:

If you would like to share your session with the partner or with friends, the price is the same, regardless of how many people participate. Therefore, the cost can be very reasonable.
