Weekly group classes

We run a big number of classes across London, suitable for different levels of fitness and expertise. Classes are denoted by the level of expertise; level I being the easiest, and level III being the hardest.

Please choose the style of yoga most suitable for your needs. If you are looking for an energising and dynamic class, Ashtanga is the way to go. If, on the other hand, you would like an alignment based class which will help you wil an injury, try lyengar yoga.

If you would like more information about the classes, please contact us.

Please contact centres directly regarding the prices.

I ruptured a disc in my back 5 years ago causing chronic pain and the risk of further disc degeneration. As a person who enjoys exercise and wants to maintain flexibility, I was faced with the vicious circle of wanting to exercise but being in too much pain to do it. As a devotee of Asthanga yoga for many years, I started private classes with Petra 3 years ago. Petra is immensely experienced in dealing with back problems and worked with me to adapt my practice in a way that enables me to enjoy all the challenges and benefits of Asthanga yoga, and specifically build core strength to protect my lower spine. The result is I am virtually pain free and have the strength and energy I need to run my demanding business. See more
