When are we available?

Seven days a week - from 6:30am to 9:30pm

How long are the sessions?

Usually they are 60 minutes long, but that can be adapted to your needs. Half-day workshops are also available.

I ruptured a disc in my back 5 years ago causing chronic pain and the risk of further disc degeneration.
